PURCHASE TENDER NOTICE
Sealed Tenders are invited from the Manufacturers/Authorized Dealers/Stockiest/Reputed & Experienced Suppliers/Contractors and those who are registered with Commissioner of Sugar for the Supply of various types of material & Repairing/Servicing of Job works of our Sugar Factories for the crushing season 2015-16.
Tender forms are available at our U-1 Karkhana Site during office hours except holidays.
Terms & Conditions:-
1. Tender Forms will be made available from 23/06/2015 to 24/06/2015 at our Karkhana site on payment of tender fees during office hours except holidays.
2. The complete Tender form shall be accepted up to 30/06/2015 during office hours except holidays at our U-1 Karkhana Site.
3. Tender Form fees shall be Rs. 500/- only for each Tender which shall be accepted by Cash or D.D. only.
4. While considering the tenders, preference will be given to experienced Suppliers/Contactors and Authorized Stockiest/Dealers.
5. The Karkhana reserves the rights to accept/reject/change or cancel in part or full tender without assigning or giving any reason (Thereof).
6. Detail Terms & Conditions are given with each Tender Form.
