Purchase Tenders – July 2017

Sealed Tenders are invited from the Manufacturers/Authorized Dealers/Stockiest/Reputed & Experienced Suppliers/Contractors and those who are registered with Commissioner of Sugar for the Supply of various types of material & Repairing/Servicing of Job works of our Sugar Factories for the Crushing Season 2017-18. Tender forms are available at our U-1 Karkhana Site during office hours except holidays.

Terms & Conditions:-

1. Tender Forms will be made available from 28/07/2017 to 31/07/2017 at our Karkhana site on payment of tender fees during office hours except holidays.
2. Tender Form fees shall be Rs. 300/- only for each Tender which shall be accepted by Cash or D.D. only.
3. The complete Tender form shall be accepted up to 05/08/2017 during office hours except holidays at our U-1 Karkhana Site.
4. While considering the tenders, preference will be given to experienced Suppliers/Contactors and Authorized Stockiest/Dealers.
5. The Karkhana reserves the rights to accept/reject/change or cancel in part or full tender without assigning or giving any reason (Thereof).
