Purchase Tenders – July 2017

Terms & Conditions:-

1. The name of the Tender and Tender No. should be clearly mentioned on envelope and separate envelope should be submitted for each Tender.
2. The complete Tender form shall be accepted up to 05/08/2017 during office hours except holidays at our U-1 Karkhana Site.
3. Conditional & Incomplete Tender/s will not be Consider/Accepted under any circumstances.
4. While Considering the Tender preference will be given to experienced suppliers and Authorize Stockiest/Dealers.
5. Quantity may be decrease or increase as per our requirements. The rates finalize will be binding for one Crushing Season for our all Units (i.e. Unit-1, U-2, U-3 & U-4).
6. The material should confirm to our specification as detailed in Tender.
7. The rates shall be firm. No escalation will be allowed. The Rates Quoted should be inclusive of Packing Forwarding and Transportation Charges i.e. F.O.R. Factory Site, Unit- 1 to Unit-4.
8. Karkhana will not responsible for any Printing mistake and delay if any.
9. Quotation/ Tender received after expiry of the Period mentioned in Tender Notice will not be considered or accepted for Negotiation.
10. The Supplier should replace the rejected material with his own Cost.
11. Tenderer should give the Xerox copies of Registration under Shop Act, G.S.TIN Registration No., Authorized Dealership Certificate and Registration Certificate with Commissioner of Sugar Office, Pune and etc.
12. If ordered material not received within given delivery period, we shall Purchase the same material from other Supplier and difference amount shall be debited to your account.
13. The Karkhana reserves the rights to accept/reject/change or cancel in part or full Tender without assigning or giving any reason (Thereof).
14. The transactions are subject to legal Jurisdiction at Nanded district only.
15. You should become Nominal Member (‘C’ Class) of our Karkhana by remitting Rs. 100/- only (in cash) and submitting written application in the prescribed form.
