Sealed tenders in prescribed Tender Document forms are invited from the reputed manufactures who are on approved list of NCDC or NFCSF or Commissioner of Sugar Maharashtra State, Pune for Continuous / Fed-Batch Fermentation and Multi pressure Distillation plant and MSDH Ethanol plant, Multiple Effect raw spent wash Evaporation plant, Condensate Polishing Unit for treating Raw Spent wash Evaporation Condensate and Spent lees from Distillery plant, Spent wash fired Incineration Boiler & Turbo generator for following turnkey job for Design, Manufacture, Supply, Erection & Commissioning along with civil & structural work of following plants.

Terms & Conditions:-
- Blank Tender forms along with terms & conditions will be available at our Karkhana site from 08.05.2017 to 01.06.2017 except SUNDAY i.e. weekly holiday during working
Hrs.(10 am to 5.30 pm) on payment of tender fees as mentioned above by cash or Demand Draft in favour of karkhana payable at Nanded. - Last date of submission of the tender will be 08.06.2017.
- EMD as mentioned above should be drawn in favour of Karkhana on any Nationalized Bank payable at Nanded.
- Blank Tender will be issued only those who are on the approved list of NCDC/NFCSF & registered with the Commissioner of Sugar, Maharashtra State, Pune and who have already installed & successfully commissioned at least one plant production evidence indicating performance of plant. Xerox copy of valid registration should be submitted.
- The format of the detailed specifications of the plant & machinery are mentioned in the Tender form.
- Tender to be submitted in three separate envelopes:- Envelope No.1 :- Contains Technical Specification Envelope No. 2:- Contains Commercial offer with valid Registration Certificate with declaration etc. Envelope No. 3 :- Contains Legal agreement of technical collaboration if any with EMD.
- Tender with any deviations in technical specifications or incomplete tenders and tenders without or insufficient EMD & reference will be rejected.
- Karkhana will not be responsible for the late receipt of tender after due date &time of closing on account of any reason of postal / courier or man reach delay.
- The tenderer will have to submit the sealed tender as per the tender document only signing each & every page of tender document with company rubber stamp & dully filled in wherever applicable.
- Karkhana / State Level Machinery Committee reserve the right to accept or reject the Tender without assigning any reason thereof.
- Technical meeting / pre bid meeting will be held at Sakhar Sangh Office, Sakhar Sankul Pune on 25.05.2017at 11.00 am.
