Computerisation :
We have installed computers in various departments of factory in each of our UNIT so as to have fast access of management information system & transfer of various data. To have proper co-ordination in various departments and amongst four(4) sugar units, we are installing Networking system due to which every Head of departments will be able to report the management in a fastest way.
Educational Facilities :
To facilitate the children of the Harvesting & Transporting labours to get education; we are arranging ‘Sakhar Shala’ for them, every season at our factory site. We have also made arrangement for High School at our factory campus in association with ‘Sharada Bhavan Shikshan Sanstha’, Nanded for the children of our employees & villagers residing nearby the factory.
Insurance Policies of Employees :
Employees are covered by the accidental insurance policies, due to which the employee will get compensation for their accidents if happened.
Group Gratuity cum life insurance policy –
We have arranged Group Gratuity-cum-life insurance policy from General Insurance Company for our employees. As per the said policy, the employees can get their gratuity as per the eligibility direct from Insurance company. This policy also covers life insurance of the employees.
Bonus to Employees :
We are paying bonus to our employees every year on the occasion of ‘Diwali’ Festival which encourage the employees to work hard for upliftment of the factory.
